Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. To fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The minimum shelf life refers to the product properly stored, in an intact package.
