Description
An unbalanced diet, lacking in foods rich in magnesium, can cause a deficiency of this precious mineral. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological and muscular function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. The product is enriched with niacin and thiamine, B vitamins, which together with magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium with B vitamins is a useful supplement to provide an additional quota of these nutrients.

Magnesium oxide; bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; niacin (nicotinamide), magnesium lactate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

How to use
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning, with plenty of water.
