Description
The Symphony PersonalFit Plus Single Pump Set is designed for use with the Medela Symphony breast pump. Each set includes a 150 ml breast milk collection bottle. The single set includes two PersonalFit Plus breast shields in size M (24 mm).
PersonalFit Flex breast cups are available in other sizes:
- S (21 mm)
- L (27 mm)
- XL (30 mm).
All Medela breastfeeding aids and the materials used for their packaging are latex-free, bisphenol-A-free, phthalate-free. All parts that may come into contact with breast milk comply with the directives and regulations concerning food containers.
Warnings
It is not sterile. The product is reusable after cleaning and disinfection. The breast pump set must be used by a single mother; use by multiple mothers may constitute a health risk.
Cleaning and disinfection : the components of the set are all removable and washable. For cleaning, use only drinking water. To avoid drying of milk residues and prevent the formation of bacteria, separate and wash immediately after use all components that come into contact with the breast or breast milk.
Before and after each use, disassemble the breast pump set into its individual components:
- bottle
- multifunctional cap
- breast cup
- connector and connector cap
- membrane.
Check components for damage.
If damaged, replace the components.
Rinse all components with clean, cold drinking water (approximately 20°C). Clean these components with plenty of warm soapy water (approximately 30°C). Use a common dishwashing detergent, preferably without artificial fragrances and colorants (neutral pH). Rinse the components with clean, cold drinking water (approximately 20°C).
Visible residue: Clean the tube and lid then disinfect them in boiling water for at least 5 minutes. Dry the lid and shake the water drops from the tube and operate the breast pump with the tube connected until it is dry.
Dishwasher safe: Place all parts in the top rack or cutlery compartment. Use regular dishwasher detergent.
Drying/Storage: Dry with a clean cloth or allow to dry on a clean cloth. Place cleaned components in a clean storage bag or environment. Do not store components in airtight containers/bags. It is important to allow all residual moisture to dry.
Conservation
Store at +5°C to +40°C.
Dispose of in accordance with local regulations.
