Item manufactured using AISI 1050 carbon steel or AISI 420 stainless steel. The use of these steels allows for a long life in the use of the scissors.- The blades are tempered with chemical salt heat treatment, with a minimum hardness of 52-56 HRC which guarantees excellent sharpening and flexibility of the blade.
- Items manufactured with carbon steel are subjected to nickel plating treatment, with a minimum thickness of 10 microns.
- The sharpening of each individual piece is carried out with high-precision machinery, and subsequently assembled by means of a turned screw that allows for adjustment and possible disassembly for sharpening.
Each individual product undergoes several cleaning and grinding operations that allow for an excellent finish. They are made for specific uses, and crafted with precision and care by master craftsmen for a professional result.
