AEROSOL THERAPY TUBE
Medical device:Class I when used as general air hoses.
Class IIA when used as tubes for aerosol devices.
Intended for connecting air sources to nebulizer bottles or centralized systems. The device consists of a 1.5 m long F/F tube and two universal adapters to connect the air source to nebulizer bottles or centralized systems.
How to use
Cleaning
The tube and adapters can be washed in warm water using a little non-abrasive detergent and rinsed under running water. Before being stored, the tube and adapters must be dried externally and left to drip until the inside is dry. Any drops of moisture remaining in the tube and adapters must be removed before use to prevent water from penetrating the tube into the motor of the appliance and damaging it.
Disinfection
The tube and adapters, after being washed, can be immersed in a cold disinfectant solution (such as a 5.25% sodium hypochlorite solution), following the manufacturer's instructions (be careful to read the warnings and check that the disinfectant solution is compatible with the material the tube is made of).
