Hypertonic means that the saline solution has a salt concentration similar to that of the sea, therefore greater than that of the human body. The use of a hypertonic solution is useful as a support in cases of: chronic sinusitis, seasonal allergic rhinitis, for the treatment and prevention of ear infections, post-operation of patients for interventions on the paranasal sinuses.
How to use
The isotonic solution is obtained by dissolving a sachet of salts in the nasal douche and adding 250 ml of warm water.
Components
Sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, panthenol (vitamin B5), hyaluronic acid sodium salt.

Available in packs of 15, 30 or 60 sachets of 7.5 g. With nebulizer.
