Description
Magnesium is an essential mineral in metabolic processes regarding the formation of glucose and protein synthesis. For the nervous system, it is essential in managing the transmission of nervous stimuli to the muscles and in communication between neurons and muscle cells (natural calming action). It is also essential in the assimilation of important vitamins (such as those of group B, C and E).
