Description
Food supplement based on plant extracts useful for digestive functions and melatonin. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep and alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime (equal to 1 sachet of Dicalmir Notte). For the effects on jet lag, it is recommended to drink the herbal tea on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Ingredients
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla, flowers), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare, fruits), anise (Pimpinella anisum, fruits), liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root), cumin (Carum carvi, fruits), coriander (Coriandrum sativum, fruits), melatonin.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Place 1 filter sachet in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. For correct use of the product, it is advisable to seek the advice of a doctor.
