Glucomannan, taken with plenty of water, helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. It is also indicated as an adjuvant in low-calorie diets for weight reduction.
Ingredients
Glucomannan, edible gelatin; colouring: titanium dioxide.
Gluten free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Swallow the capsules as is with 1-2 glasses of water or pour the contents into water (at least 100 ml for 2 capsules), mix well and drink immediately. Take the capsules preferably one hour before meals. The beneficial effect on cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan (4 capsules 2 times a day). The beneficial effect on weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each (2 capsules 3 times a day), in the context of a low-calorie diet.
