Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol and glucomannan useful in case of increased need or reduced intake of these nutrients. Glucomannan helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels and is also indicated as an adjuvant in low-calorie diets for weight reduction.
Ingredients
Glucomannan, myo-inositol, maltodextrin, D-chiro-inositol, flavouring; acidifier: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; manganese pidolate, sweetener: sucralose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
Gluten free.

How to use
2 sachets per day or as directed by your doctor, for at least 3 months. Divide the daily dose into two administrations, half an hour before main meals. Dissolve each sachet in 1 glass of water. The beneficial effect on cholesterol is obtained with a daily intake of 4 g of glucomannan. The beneficial effect on weight reduction is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan, in the context of an adequate low-calorie diet and a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity**.
