Description
Food supplement in tablets based on three sources of magnesium including marine, citrate and pidolate in association with vitamin B6 which promotes its absorption.
It is useful against tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
Ingredients
Marine magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium chloride; total magnesium content equal to 45%); bulking agents: cellulose and dicalcium phosphate; magnesium citrate, magnesium pidolate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day, preferably away from meals.
