Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism, vitamin A and vitamin C, together with zinc, contribute to the normal function of the immune system, biotin and niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, and finally iodine contributes to normal cognitive function. With a pleasant blueberry and pomegranate flavor and no added sugar, they can be taken at any time of the day. Ideal for adults and children, they are indicated when the physiological need for vitamins and minerals is higher, such as during growth and development, or in case of reduced dietary intake.
