How to use
Wash the rice and soak it in cold water for 20 minutes. This process helps the grain not to break during cooking. Drain it and cook it in boiling salted water over low heat for about 10 minutes, covered. Turn off the heat and let it rest covered for another 10 minutes or so. Before serving, separate the rice with a fork. Season to taste.
