DescrizionePasta ipoallergenica senza glutine. Nasce allo scopo di produrre prodotti dietoterapici senza glutine da materie prime certificate. Libera da emulsionanti e senza ingredienti ed elementi nutrizionali incompatibili con le esigenze di persone intolleranti o sensibili ad alcune sostanze e derivati, come glutine, latte e uova.
Idonea alla dieta dei soggetti celiaci e adatta anche a tutti coloro che desiderano effettuare scelte consapevoli in tema di alimentazione. Ottenuta da un'attenta selezione di mais bianco, mais giallo e riso. Prodotta nel rispetto della tradizione artigianale e dell'arte pastaia Italiana: trafilata al bronzo, con lenti cicli di lavorazione ed essiccazione a basse temperature. La pasta della Nutri-tè Acqua e farina ha un sapore delicato, il profumo simile alla mollica di pane, per questo è apprezzata da tutti. Con i suoi sentori che richiamano l'infanzia si presenta molto invitante. Può essere proposta con successo anche ai più piccoli. Ottima tenuta di cottura, si presta ad essere spadellata. Un'alternativa gluten free gustosa e accattivante che sposa bene tutti i tipi di condimento.

Modalità d'uso
Riempire d'acqua una pentola, 1 litro per 100 g di pasta, portare l'acqua a ebollizione. Versare la pasta nell'acqua bollente e lasciarla cuocere per i minuti indicati in etichetta. Scolare e condire a piacere.
