DescriptionLow-protein breadcrumbs. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet, protein residue equal to 1%, low in sodium, potassium, phosphorus and phenylalanine. In case of chronic renal failure it is recommended to follow a diet with a reduced intake of proteins, sodium, potassium and phosphorus; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.
Ingredients
Deglutinated wheat starch, rice starch, corn starch, potato starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sunflower oil, coconut oil; thickeners: carob seed flour, guar flour; hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dextrose, yeast, dried sourdough starter (rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, quinoa flour), honey, sugar, inulin, beetroot fibre, psyllium fibre; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilizer: sorbitol; apple cider vinegar, iodized salt; antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavourings.
May contain traces of: eggs , soy , milk , nuts , mustard , sesame seeds, lupins .
