Description
Organic whole wheat rusks prepared with stone-ground flours, to preserve all the flavor and nutritional properties of the wheat grain and slowly leavened with sourdough. With extra virgin olive oil and without palm oil.
Ingredients
Stone-ground whole wheat flour 81.6%, whole wheat flour sourdough 13% (whole wheat flour, water), extra virgin olive oil 2.1%, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sea salt, barley malt.

Thanks to their special consistency, they remain intact even if soaked in milk or a vegetable drink.
