Description
Organic wholemeal rusks made with stone-ground flours to preserve all the flavour and nutritional properties of the wheat grain, and slowly leavened with sourdough. With extra virgin olive oil and no palm oil.
Ingredients
Stone-ground wholemeal soft wheat flour 81.6%, wholemeal soft wheat sourdough 13% (wholemeal soft wheat flour, water), extra virgin olive oil 2.1%, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), sea salt, barley malt.

Thanks to their special consistency, they remain intact even when soaked in milk or a vegetable drink.
