Description
Cobaxil B12® cinquemila 5000 mcg is a product containing high-dose vitamin B12, indicated for severe cobalamin deficiency states associated with reduced absorption, increased need and reduced supply mediated by the diet. The sublingual form, using a different absorption route than the gastrointestinal one, guarantees maximum absorption of vitamin B12 even in patients with gastroresection and inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. The use of Cobaxil B12® cinquemila helps to effectively and appropriately correct severe vitamin B12 deficiency states that may be responsible for anemia (feeling of fatigue and generalized tiredness), high homocysteine levels, neuropathy and cognitive difficulties. Cobaxil B12® cinquemila is developed to restore severe vitamin B12 deficiency states (attack therapy).
How to use
Place 1 tablet of Cobaxil B12® five thousand 5000 mcg under the tongue and wait until completely absorbed (about 30 seconds). Do not swallow. Take 1 sublingual tablet per week or as directed by your doctor.

Cyanocobalamin 5000 mcg; Mannitol; Corn starch; Microcrystalline cellulose, Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Citric acid; Silicon dioxide.
