Food for special medical purposes.
Low-protein lemon biscuit with sugar and sweeteners. Indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathy), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases that require a low-protein diet. Food with reduced protein value, protein residue less than 1%, low in sodium, potassium, phosphorus and phenylalanine.
In case of chronic renal failure it is recommended to follow a diet with a low intake of proteins, sodium, potassium and phosphorus; the level of phenylalanine contained in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Corn starch, rice starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sugar, potato starch, honey, apple juice, lemon juice 3%, dextrose; emulsifier: soy lecithin; sweetener: isomalt; raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate; flavourings.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins .
