Description
The aproteic Pasta of the APROTEN product line is characterized by: low content of proteins, sodium, phosphorus and potassium which make it suitable for the dietary management of renal insufficiencies (nephropathies); low content of tyrosine and phenylalanine which make it suitable for the dietary management of metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia); low content of proteins which make it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (in therapy with Levodopa). For the patient in therapy with Levodopa, the degree of any dysphagia and any problems of malnutrition due to deficiency which may arise in conditions of protein restriction must be evaluated.
Ingredients
Corn starch, potato starch, chicory inulin; emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; safflower.
The product may contain traces of soy .

How to use
Cook the APROTEN pasta in plenty of boiling water (about 1 litre of water for 50 g of pasta). Once cooked, season the pasta as soon as it is drained. The cooking time indicated is indicative and may vary depending on habits and personal taste.
Cooking: 8-10 minutes.
