Gluten-free cake specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten with wholemeal rice flour and chocolate chips.
Ingredients
Fresh eggs , sugar, sunflower oil, wholemeal rice flour 14.7% (rice flour, rice bran), water, chocolate 5.6% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, flavouring; emulsifier: soy lecithin), corn starch; stabilizer: glycerol, apricot yoghurt [yoghurt ( milk ), sugar, apricot puree, flavourings], wholemeal corn flour, flavourings ( milk ); soluble fibre: oligofructose; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate; thickener: guar fibre; salt.
May contain traces of: nuts, lupin .
Without additives, preservatives and gluten .
