Ingredients
Corn starch, eggs 23.5%, lactose-free butter 11.5%*, water, glucose-fructose syrup, potato starch, rice starch, rice flour, sugar, yeast, sourdough, salt, lactose-free skimmed milk powder 0.9%*; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; thickeners: guar gum, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; soy proteins; preservative: potassium sorbate; yeast extract, flavourings.
May contain traces of nuts .
*Lactose content in the finished product: <0.01g/100g. The product contains glucose and galactose as a result of the splitting of lactose.
