Pre-cooked and dried product.

*Buckwheat flour.
* From organic farming.

Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Pour 250 g of couscous into 250 ml of hot, not boiling water, cover and let stand for a few minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Add salt, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and separate with a fork. Season to taste with vegetables, legumes, meat or fish.
Warnings
May contain traces of: soy and mustard.
Conservation
Store in a dry place away from sources of light and heat.
