Ingredients
Senna (Senna alexandrina Mill.) leaves, caraway (Carum carvi L.) fruits, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruits, mallow (Malva sylvestris L.) flowers.
Gluten-free
Directions for use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 1 teaspoon) and mix well. Cover the container to prevent the most volatile substances from dispersing.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let steep for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain.
Add sugar or honey if desired. Alternatively, chew a spoonful of the product thoroughly as is and swallow it with a glass of water.
In both cases, it is recommended to take it in the evening before going to bed, whenever needed.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
The indicated expiry date refers to the product in intact packaging and correctly stored.
