Description
Product useful for attenuating and softening scars, alleviating pain, itching, discomfort, and color changes. Indicated in the treatment and prevention of hypertrophic and keloid scars resulting from trauma, accidental wounds, surgery, and burns.
Components
Cyclopentaiutoxane, dimethicone, silica, dimethicone crosspolymer.
How to use
Ensure the affected area is clean and dry. Cut the tip of the applicator with clean scissors before application. Apply the product to the area using a clean finger twice a day, in a very thin layer and allow to dry. For maximum effect, the gel should be left in contact with the skin for 24 hours. Once dry, sunscreen products or cosmetics can be applied to the affected area. Replace the cap after use. If the product has not dried within 4-5 minutes, you have probably used too much. Gently wipe off the excess and allow the drying process to continue. The minimum recommended treatment time is 60-90 days. Larger and older scars may require longer and if scar improvement is visible, it is recommended to continue using the product after the first 90 days of application.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation. Avoid direct contact with eyes, mucous membranes, third degree burns and open wounds. KELO-COTE Gel should not be used in dermatological conditions that compromise the integrity of the skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor. The product may stain clothing if not completely dry.
Conservation
Store below 25°C. Keep away from heat sources and do not smoke when applying the product or while it dries. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.
Validity with intact packaging: 48 months.
