DescriptionPotato gnocchi filled with DOP Gorgonzola, specifically formulated for celiacs, pasteurized.
Ingredients
Pasta (80% of total): potato puree (water, potato flakes and starch corresponding to 98% potato), salt, rice flour dusting. Acidity regulator: E270. Preservative: E200.
Filling (20% of total): pasteurized ricotta (WHEY, MILK, salt, lactic acid E270), Gorgonzola DOP 23% ( milk , lactic ferments, salt, rennet, Penicillium mold), cheese-based preparation [edam/cheddar: ( milk , salt, lactic ferments, microbial rennet), water, butter ( milk ), milk proteins, Gorgonzola DOP (cow's milk , starter cultures, salt, calf rennet), acidity regulator: E330, salt, potato starch], salt, flavoring. Acidity regulator: E270. Preservative: E200.
