BONYPLUS
Cavifix
Class IIa Medical Device. Specially developed device and represents a temporary solution for fillings in case of emergency. It fixes when it comes into contact with water or saliva. The definitive fixation occurs after about 15-20 minutes. It is possible to temporarily close any holes in the teeth or replace inlays and fillings. However, it is not a material for permanent fillings. The composition has been clinically tested.
Components
Calcium sulfate; barium sulfate; glycol ether; zinc oxide; acrylic polymer; glycol ester.
How to use
Wash your hands and dry them thoroughly.
For hygienic safety purposes during the procedure described below, wear the glove included in the delivery.
Clean the hole with the microbrush included in the delivery.
Rinse the hole thoroughly with warm water.
Take a small amount of CavifixTM from the tube and place it on the tray included in the supply.
Roll the small amount of CavifixTM between your fingers into a small cone.
Insert the cone into the tooth hole. See figure D. 8. Remove excess CavifixTM with the tip of the spatula included in the delivery.
To ensure that you have completely removed the excess CavifixTM from the tooth hole, gently close your mouth. This also ensures that CavifixTM has formed an even surface with the neighboring teeth.
CavifixTM sets after approximately 15 - 20 minutes of contact with the moisture in your mouth. Avoid chewing for the next 3 hours.
Warnings
Do not use if the affected area is swollen, red or painful. In these cases, contact your dentist immediately. Do not use on open wounds. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
