Food supplement of creatine, amino acids (glutamine and taurine), carnitine, vitamins (C, B1, B2, B6) and zinc useful in case of deficiency or increased need of these nutrients.

Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; L-glutamine; taurine; L-carnitine fumarate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid, ethylcellulose); flavouring (corn dextrose, corn maltodextrin, flavourings, E414, E320); zinc citrate; potato maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweeteners: acesulfame K; aspartame; pyridoxine hydrochloride; thiamine hydrochloride; riboflavin.

How to use
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass of water and mix until the product is completely dispersed. It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day.

Warnings
The product contains aspartame (a source of phenylalanine). Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. It is necessary to seek medical advice in case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks). Do not take the product in case of liver or kidney disease. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.

Conservation
Store at controlled room temperature (15-30°C), avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight and contact with water.
