Food supplement based on dry titrated extracts of California poppy (Eschscholzia Californica Cham.), passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), L-tryptophan and melatonin. California poppy and passion flower induce relaxation and desension. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin; acidifier: anhydrous citric acid; acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate; California poppy (Eschscholtzia Californica Cham. herb, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) dry extract titrated 0.2-0.4% total alkaloids such as protopine (5.7%); L-tryptophan; flavouring; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L. flowers and grass, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide) dry extract titrated 4% total flavonoids such as vitexin (5%); anti-caking agents: sucrose esters, silicon dioxide; vitamin C; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B6; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not take during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains sweeteners.
