Description
Food supplement based on vitamins B1 and B6 which contribute to normal energy metabolism; B12 to normal energy metabolism; E to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, L-carnitine tartrate, maltodextrin, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG); acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium bicarbonate; berry flavouring, L-taurine; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose; vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, maltodextrin, sodium citrate, citric acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day in the morning dissolved in a glass of water.
