Preparation of lactic ferments: 2 billion Colony Forming Units (CFU), minimum guaranteed until expiry.
How to use
Adults and children from 6 years: 1 capsule per day with a large glass of water, preferably during breakfast. It is possible to open the capsule to incorporate the lactic ferments into the food (cream, jam, milk...) especially for children.
Warnings
