Lemon balm, California poppy and linden promote relaxation. California poppy and linden contribute to quality sleep. Melatonin helps alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltitol; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); gelling agent: pectins; natural flavours, carrot concentrate (Daucus carota L.) and blackcurrant concentrate (Ribes nigrum L.), California poppy extract (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.), lime blossom powder (Tilia cordata Mill.), vitamin B6, melatonin; glazing agent: carnauba wax.
