Food supplement based on standardized plant extracts. Opuntia and Coleus promote body weight balance. Ononis, Pineapple, Horsetail, Birch, Orthosiphon, Lespedeza promote the drainage of body fluids. Opuntia contributes to the modulation/limitation of nutrient absorption. Pineapple, Centella and Butcher's Broom promote the functionality of the microcirculation, particularly in cases of heavy legs. Lespedeza facilitates lipid metabolism, furthermore Pepper has a tonic-adaptogenic and antioxidant action on the body.

How to use
The daily dosage can be adapted to the individual case based on the degree of obesity.
The average dosage is 3-4 tablets per day. Start by taking one tablet half an hour before lunch and dinner for the first 3 days, then move on to 3-4 tablets per day divided before the main meals (example: 1 tablet at 7:00, 12:00, 16:00, 19:00). In cases of medium-severe obesity, you can already start with 3-4 tablets per day. Once you have reached your ideal weight, reduce to 1-2 tablets per day for a maintenance period, depending on your doctor's advice. In young people, over 12 years old, 2 tablets per day are sufficient.

Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, more than 3 weeks, it is advisable to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not use during pregnancy. For breastfeeding women it is advisable to seek medical advice.
