How to use
Granular: 1 to 2 sachets per day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
Tablets: 4 tablets 2 to 3 times a day, preferably with meals, drinking plenty of water.
In diets aimed at achieving body weight reduction, take the product 30 minutes before meals, drinking abundantly.
