Linoleic acid and alpha-linolenic acid contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 10 g of linoleic acid or 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid.
Omega 3 (ALA) is a vegan source of omega 3 extracted from flaxseed, useful for maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels.
Omega 6, together with omega 3, contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
Oleic acid omega 9 is typically found in olive oil and flaxseed and is considered part of the fats commonly called good fats.

Sweetener: maltitol syrup, maltitol powder; starch, water, linseed oil; colouring: riboflavin; flavouring.

It is recommended to take two gummy tablets per day.
