How to use
1 (one) tablet per day at main meals to be swallowed with half a glass of water.
Useful in cases of reduced dietary intake of the nutrients contained or increased need for them linked to particular situations.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy.
