Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, alpha lipoic acid, spiny restharrow, Californian poppy, Boswellia, zinc and copper, active ingredients useful for promoting a natural anti-inflammatory, analgesic and muscle relaxant effect.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; Boswellia promotes joint function and counteracts localized states of tension.

Magnesium citrate dibasic hydrate, alpha lipoic acid, ononin (Ononis spinosa L.) root es 1:4, California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) herb es tit. 0.2% protopine, Boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. ex Colebr.) gum-resin es tit. 65% boswellic acids, copper gluconate USP, zinc gluconate food grade; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vegetable capsule shell (hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose).

How to use
The recommended dose is to take 4 capsules, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, preferably after meals.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
