Energy product based on carbohydrates and vitamins, ideal in the initial and intermediate phases of physical effort. The single-dose format is also ideal for runners. It is a source of riboflavin (vitamin B2) which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy metabolism and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. With caffeine. How to use
It is recommended to take 1 minipack every hour during the activity. The recommended dose is 4 minipacks.
