Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide; anti-caking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, talc; vitamin C (ascorbic acid); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; zinc sulphate, Sophora japonica L. (flower) extract, coenzyme Q10, vitamin E [d-tocopheryl acetate, (nano) silicon, oil and natural tocopherols], selenium-enriched yeast; vitamins: B9 (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), B3 (nicotinamide), A (retinyl acetate, corn starch, acacia, tocopherol), B5 (D-pantothenate, calcium), D (cholecalciferol, modified starch, sucrose, gum arabic, oil and tocopherols), Piper nigrum L. (fruit) extract; copper bisglycinate; vitamins: B12 (cyanocobalamin), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), manganese citrate, vitamins: B2 (riboflavin), B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate.

- Attack phase: 2 tablets in the morning during breakfast.
