Description
Food supplement of branched-chain amino acids in the ratio 2:1:1.
Ingredients
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, bulking agent: cellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine are Kiowa Quality amino acids.

How to use
We recommend taking an average dose of 1 g per 10 kg of body weight, preferably with a piece of fruit or around meals. For athletes, depending on the type and intensity of the sport, they can be taken differently: before, during, or after exercise, depending on the desired goal. Example: Energy (intense and prolonged activity) and recovery: 4 tablets 20 minutes before or during, 4 tablets 20 minutes after the end of the activity, with maltodextrin or other complex carbohydrates and mineral salts.

Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
