Description
Tensio Mag Plus is a food supplement of magnesium and vitamin B6. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy metabolism. They also participate in the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients
Magnesium (magnesium citrate); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium (magnesium oxide); bulking agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate; colourant: titanium dioxide; coating agent: vegetable glycerin; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
Swallow 1 or 2 tablets a day, with water, preferably with meals.
