For adults: 2 sprays three times a day. In the acute phase use up to 5-6 times a day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Daily intake of salicin much lower than the 96 mg allowed.
