Evening phase: bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; Boswellia (Boswellia Roxb., gummi-resin) es tit. 65% boswellic acids, devil's claw (Harpagophytum procumbens DC., radix) es tit. 4% harpagoside, bromelain 2,500 GDU/g microencapsulated, horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum L., cortex) es tit. 15% escin; anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet of the day phase in the morning and 1 tablet of the evening phase before going to sleep.
