Description
Food supplement based on Psyllium fiber and mineral salts useful for regulating intestinal functions, carrying out a natural alkalizing action on the digestive tract.
It has a natural alkalizing effect on the digestive tract. It promotes more regular evacuation with softer and smoother stools, performing a laxative, emollient and anti-inflammatory action, without any side effects. It has a prebiotic action, thanks to its ability to promote the growth of acidophilic bacterial flora. By swelling in the stomach, it promotes the achievement of a sense of satiety and can be useful as an adjuvant in a program aimed at reducing body weight. By reducing intestinal transit time, it helps reduce the assimilation of fats and carbohydrates, promoting the lowering of total cholesterol, LDL but not HDL.
Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago psyllium L.) seed husk, fructose, sorbitol, sodium citrate, fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), sodium bicarbonate, stabilized citric acid, tartaric acid, potassium citrate, malic acid, magnesium citrate, beta-carotene; anti-caking agent: micronized silica; orange flavor.

How to use
1 teaspoon (about 5 grams) two or three times a day: pour into a glass, add plenty of water, stir and take immediately. It is recommended to drink plenty of water during the day.
