Lactobacillus LA 14 15 billion; bifidum lactis 11 billion; microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium stearate.
How to use
Take one capsule a day with a sip of water. You can also take the product by opening the capsule and diluting the powder in non-boiling liquids.
