Description
Food supplement based on magnesium and plant extracts. The extracts of boldo, cascara, buckthorn and chamomile help digestive function and, together with senna, help regulate intestinal transit. In addition, chamomile helps eliminate gas.

Ingredients
bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; senna es (Cassia acutifolia Del., fruits), magnesium gluconate, magnesium oxide, boldo es (Peumus boldus Molina, leaves), cascara es (Rhamnus purshiana DC., bark); glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, polyethylene glycol; liquorice es (Glycyrrhiza glabra L., roots), buckthorn es (Rhamnus frangula L., bark), chamomile es (Matricaria chamomilla L., flowers); anti-caking agents: cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; colourings: E170, E141 (ii).
Gluten- free and lactose- free.

How to use
1 or 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed, taken with a large glass of water.
