Description
powdered food supplement, naturally derived from the husk of Psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata), is a fiber that absorbs liquids and increases its volume, forming a soft gel and facilitating intestinal transit. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Without preservatives. Without sugar. Also suitable during pregnancy.
Ingredients
99% pure Psyllium seed husk fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk), Bacillus coagulans (sporogenes) BC4 MDX 50 mld/g CFU, citrus flavor (sugar-free).
Gluten and lactose free.
Nutritional characteristics
How to use
Take 1 scoop (4.5 g) once or twice a day, at least 30 minutes before meals. Pour the product into a glass of still water (about 200 ml), or fruit juice, mix well for a few seconds and drink immediately. Any increase in consistency of the preparation (gel formation) is a characteristic of the excellent qualities of the product. If necessary, adjust the consistency of the preparation by increasing the amount of water. The product must be taken immediately after preparation. Any amount not taken must be discarded.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications.
Conservation
