The recommended dose is 1 vial per day, at any time of day (even near mealtimes). It can be diluted in drinks, fruit juices, milk, and baby food (even hot).
Features
The ferments contained in Lacto' (Bacillus coagulans ATCC 7050), thanks to their natural microencapsulation, overcome the stomach barrier and arrive alive and vital in the intestine where they are needed to perform their beneficial action of rebalancing the intestinal bacterial flora.
Taking B vitamins also helps to restore the bacterial flora to its natural balance, enhancing the action of lactic ferments.
Warnings
