Probiotics (lactococcus lactis, lactobacillus rhamnosus and saccharomyces boulardii) promote the balance of intestinal flora, vitamins B1, B6, and B12 contribute to the maintenance of energy metabolism, vitamins A and C contribute to the normal function of the immune system, folic acid and vitamin PP contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
