L-acetyl carnitine, propolis (Propolis) e.g. tit. 10% galangin, milk thistle (Silybum marianum Gaertn. fructus) e.g. tit. 80% silymarin, Ginkgo biloba folium e.g. tit. 24% ginkgoflavonoids, boswellia (Boswellia serrata Roxb. resin, gummi) e.g. tit. 65% boswellic acid, bilberry (Vaccinium myrtillus L. fructus) e.g. tit. 25% anthocyanins, coenzyme Q10, superoxide dismutase 11,000 IU/g.

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening, preferably away from meals.
