Description
Food supplement based on myo-inositol, vitamins C and E with Gymnema sylvestre, indicated to promote the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids, and folate (in its form L-methylfolate) which contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
Ingredients
Myo-inositol; bulking agent: sorbitol; acidifier: citric acid; Gymnema [Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R. Br., leaves] es, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), flavouring; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; thickener: xanthan gum; vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), beetroot extract; sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K; folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate).
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
Take one sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 150 ml), mix well and take the resulting suspension.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Contains polyols: excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Do not take in case of known or suspected allergy to one or more of the ingredients.
